if you're currently receiving a NDIS support package we can provide our services immediately if you are Plan or Self Managed. If Agency Managed we are unable to support you until our audit and accreditation process is complete.
Having personally experienced the impacts of isolation during COVID lockdowns, nursing loved ones with motor neurone disease, looking after family members with terminal cancer, rehabilitating and maintaining strength and well being in ageing clients, witnessing some of the challenges faced by the health system, living with disability or recovering from accident or illness, In Care Central was formed. Brought together from combined experiences, including some of the frustrations experienced with existing NDIS patients, hospital systems and the magnitude of growth and demand challenging our existing systems. We designed a multi tiered system with the end game to revolutionise health care and the way we use them.
Platform Creation and Development
Breaking down the various areas and issues facing health and care services across our country, In Care Central developed the platform with a staged practical implementation and development in trial markets to understand NDIS and ensure the model has a wider perspective. In particular supporting participants needs whilst minimising fraud and reducing the costs of running the existing structure impacting our health systems and blowing out budgets.

There's no denying there was a lot to learn about the NDIS system as one of our first trial markets. Managing growth and delivering quality throughout the demand ensured systems tweaked and continual improvements made.
Accreditation phase 1
The perfectionists that we are we waited... we trouble shooted, we implemented and increased our administration resources to enable progress with compliance and effectively monitor and manage both our participants and our team. This has brought challenges as with a capable medically trained care team comes complex care requirements.
