Home Nursing
Many of our participants require nursing expertise after sustaining an injury or discharging from hospital. Whether it be supporting your continence, wound care, medication management or assisting your rehabilitation program we have the professionals to support you.
Assistance with Self Care
In Care Central have many participants both privately and from NDIS who require assistance with their self care needs. With over 90% nursing and hospital staff in our team, we know how to look after your daily care regime and protect the dignity our clients deserve.
Allied Health
In Care Central have developed excellent relationships with a number of allied health professionals. From Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Speech Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, Dieticians, equipment suppliers and AFO specialists.
Respite
When living with a Disability in your own home it's important to ensure your family members and loved ones manage to get a break. It is taxing on everyone providing care and a break from the norm also means you get to take some respite! In care Central have a range of Respite travel packages with various accessibility ratings so contact us for more.
Supported Independent Living
Designed to encourage independence we can support the way you live in your home or within Specialist Disability Accommodation. Our dedicated team provide up to 24 hours around the clock care to those participants who need it. With careful team selection we help support their needs and compliment their personality and lifestyle. With the majority of professional team boasting nursing qualifications we can support complex care needs.
Community Access and Participation
In Care Central can assist in coordinating and attending your medical and allied health appointments. We have Registered Nurses as part of our team who can assist with your GP medication reviews and charting. We'll take you to support groups, coordinate activities, encourage classes and provides motor vehicles to our properties including a specialised disability vehicle to help support your mobility should you require it.
Specialty Disability Accommodation
In Care Central have a number of Specialist Disability Accommodation properties with vacancies currently available for participants with 3:1 and 2:1 care ratios. We work extremely hard to best match participants to create opportunities for long term stability, security and happiness. We even help explore individualised living options and are developing our own specialist properties to create greater flexibility.
Respite and Medium Term Accommodation
In Care Central specialise in co-ordinating respite destinations and are developing a preferred network of rated and reviewed suppliers to help with your travel plans and budgeting. Respite is vital to enable you and your carers to have a break and to avoid carer fatigue. We have a number of short to medium accommodation solutions to help support you while sourcing a permanent property.
