Our Company

In Care Central provide quality health and care services direct to you. Assistance with Self Care, Nursing and Rehabilitation, Community Participation, Supported Independent Living, Respite and Medium Term Accommodation, Domestic Duties and Meal Preparation. With over 90% of our care team from a Nursing or Hospital background, the In Care Central Care team have a wealth of knowledge of how to best navigate the health system. We have established allied health connections to ensure we have the best mix of community health care providers available to cater for your health needs.
Born from personal experiences in working within the NDIS, Hospital and Aged Care sectors, In Care Central’s primary aim is to provide quality care and health professional services quickly and with ease to those who need it most. We wanted to make home help and health care more accessible, even in remote areas, no matter whether you are eligible for government assistance, currently receive NDIS support or need self funded assistance, In Care Central have health and support services available to everyone in their time of need.

Our Skills
In Care Central have built the foundations of our care team on professional health care workers. Our team are primarily registered nurses and have the knowledge and expertise to establish effective care plans for our participants. We even have our own Clinical Nurses and Registered Nurses to assist with continence care, medication administration, complex care management and more.
We have developed our Allied Health and Support Co-ordination connections to further assist you in navigating and reporting to the NDIA your progress, changing needs, Goals and supports, equipment quotes and allied health supports to adapt your NDIS Plan as your needs change. Our range of services is constantly expanding as our network of carers and those who require care expands. We’re approachable and here to help find the solutions.

Our team
We are so proud of our team and their amazing dedication to make a positive change. We continue to grow and develop, learn and possibly even make mistakes in a quest to do things better and feel the sense of purpose, compassion and acceptance for all of those we support.
Our biggest aim is to help our participants achieve greater independence, a sense of purpose, a sense of achievement, a sense of belonging, a sense of connection and community. We want smiles on dials even while we navigate the most complex care needs and encourage our team to treat our participants as they would their loved ones and family. The number of challenges participants face as a vulnerable audience, tragic stories, accidents and injuries that happen every day would alarm you. Strong believers if nothing changes, nothing changes we are here to create positive change and continue to evolve the level of services we provide as a result.
In Care Central have been fortunate to enjoy exceptional growth supported by the professional team who have opted to be part of our journey. We recognise that support workers all have their area of strengths regardless of whether they are Registered Nurses or simply dedicated to be compassionate and motivated to make a positive difference to our participant lives. As we continually evolve so does our team. We have developed some excellent connections in Housing with SDA providers, Plan Management, Support Co-ordination, Occupational Therapy, Physio Therapy, Speech Pathology, Dieticians, Psychology, Exercise physiologists and Behavioural Support and are happy to refer from our positive experiences.
