Frustrated by the stories and witnessing poor care we decided to create opportunities for health care workers to actually earn more money. We’ve done this by minimising our overheads and streamlining our systems. We’ve created an environment where health workers can accept work on a contract, permanent, part time, casual and even two hourly basis, meaning working with In Care Central can bring a main or subsidiary income, depending on the health worker situation and availability.
Greater flexibility and more pay means better staff, enabling us to hand select and prioritise those who receive the highest ratings from our customers post care. Because we care about the quality of service provided we encourage both health care workers and patients to rate their experience post care and our team aren’t paid until they have created and lodged their patient records, enabling streamlined systems and effective patient progress records and communication.

No, In Care Central can provide health and care services to everyone.
We require both the person requesting the services and the patient contact details, NDIS number, Plan Manager and health information. This provides greater quality controls for our team and enables the effective recording of patient care services.
We’ve installed security on our site to help protect your information. No information is shared with third party providers. Payment is made via invoice to either your personal details or those of your Plan Manager, using the participants name and NDIS number and corresponding item number for services recieved.
Depending on the type of Health Cover and the type of care you have, some items may be claimable through your private health with the appropriate provider number.
The NDIS payments under a participants plan and corresponding item number are GST free.
Your invoice will be e-mailed to you or your nominated plan manager. In Care Central require accurate details of participant requiring services, including NDIS Plan and participant number to ensure participants are eligible for the service requested. Our care team upon completion of their shift will update patient records and shift notes accordingly.
Providing quality care with professional qualified people is key to our success. All prices are adopted from the NDIS price Guide for the current financial year and invoiced accordingly with accurate item number for ease of payment. Not financially supported by NDIS? We can provide support for people in our community who need temporary nursing, rehab or care services, charged through our payment gateway to recipients or pay nominees. Contact us to discuss.
